Description

c/n 712200 Built in 1980 for the Royal Air Force and served with 1 Squadron, 3 Squadron, 233 Operational Conversion Unit (233OCU) and 1417 flight in Belize, whose markings she is preserved in. The Royal Engineers supported the Harrier force with the preparation and construction of dispersal sites as well as with logistics. To represent this, XZ964 is now on display in the Royal Engineers Museum. Gillingham, Kent, UK 24th July 2021

Note:- Hawker Siddeley was merged into British Aerospace during 1977, so this is a BAe built aeroplane, despite being a Hawker Siddeley design (and yes, I know not everyone sees it that way!!)
