Description
English: Skyline of central Bristol, England in 1843, showing its church towers and spires. They appear to include the Cathedral Church of the Holy and Undivided Trinity; St Mary, Redcliffe; Temple Church; All Saints (formerly All Hallows); St Augustine's; Christ Church with St Ewen; the Priory Church of St James; St John; St Mary-le-Port; St Michael; St Nicholas; St Thomas the Martyr; St Lawrence; St Peter; St Giles, St Werburgh's. The last church is included in the list as the drawing was made before it was moved in 1879.
