Elam, acting commanding general of the 416th Theater Engineer Command, addresses Soldiers, friends and family members of the 301st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade at the 301st MEB change of command ceremony held at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington June 4, 2017. Founded in 2008, the 301st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade is one of three MEB's in the Army Reserve.
