Eilbrief.
Herrn
Reichsführer SS Himmler
Reichstag
Berlin.

Nun bin ich 8 Wochen in der psych[i]atr. Klinik
Würzburg, wo ich trotz der denkbar besten Behandlung als
Gefangener lebe, denn Sie gaben ja den Befehl, mich als
„gemeingefährlichen Geisteskranken“ zu verhaften. Die Ge-
duld, die ich während dieser Zeit aufgebracht habe, geht
über diesen Begriff weit hinaus. Was soll ich hier? [Mein?]
Geist ist gesund, umsomehr empfinde ich das Unrecht, das
mir durch gewisse Personen zugefügt wurde. Als Familien-
vater verlor ich meine Existenz, um der Bewegung Willen
Eicke bittet um die Aufhebung der gegen ihn verhängten „Schutzhaft“, der Brief entstand in der „Psychiatrischen und Nervenklinik der Universität Würzburg“, in der Eicke zur Beobachtung seines Geisteszustands eingewiesen war.
