English: Bridleway The photograph shows a section of a bridleway as it crosses a field to the south of 404529.
The buildings are part of Padleywood Farm. The barbed wire is somewhat haphazardly placed in places and extends into the path. In addition the Rights of Way Act 1990 (c.24) http://www.opsi.gov.uk/ACTS/acts1990/Ukpga_19900024_en_1.htm defines the minimum width as respects a bridleway that is not a field-edge path as being 2metres, which this certainly isnt. In fact if, in putting up the fencing, the land owner has defined new field boundaries then the minimum width should be 3metres.
