Description
English: Bridge Street past The Angel public house The Angel is said to be the oldest of the Loddon inns. It once used to be frequented by the workmen who were building the church. At the back of the yard a small smoke-house was used to preserve meat and fish. Loddon is a market town in the Broadland district in South Norfolk, located on the River Chet, where there is a marina and staithes once used by the wherries. The town centre has been designated as a conservation area and is made up of many period properties > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1418870.
