Description

GEORGETOWN, S.C., March 7, 2015 - A U.S. Army National Guard UH-60 Black Hawk assists South Carolina National Guardsmen and civilian first responders in Georgetown, S.C. during simulated rescue operations as part of Vigilant Guard 2015.

Vigilant Guard is a series of federally funded disaster-response drills conducted by National Guard units working with federal, state and local emergency management agencies and first responders. More than 500 Georgia Guardsmen are participating in Vigilant Guard 15.
