English: Brickwork at Lower Lewell Farm This chequered brickwork is on the gable end of the huge barn at Lower Lewell Farm, one of the most impressive thatched barns in Dorset. There are no windows in this wall but there are these vertical slits which allow a small amount of light and ventilation to penetrate the interior. |
