Description
English: Plaque on The Bricks memorial, Barbados Street, Christchurch, New Zealand, which commemorates the 1843 settlement of the site of Christchurch by British colonists and marks the furthest navigable point of the Avon (Otakaro) River. The cairn was erected in December 1926.
