Deutsch: Knipp ist eine Spezialität in Bremen, eine Krützwurst, die früher aus Fleischresten hergestellt wurde. Angebratene Knipp mit Bratkartoffeln, Essiggurken und gekochten Roten Beeten. Fotografiert vor einem Imbiss auf dem Domshof in Bremen.
English: Knipp is a specialty in Bremen, a Krützwurst (sausage made by mixing meat with grains), which used to be made from meat scraps. Sautéed knipp with fried potatoes, pickles and boiled beet. Photographed in front of a snack bar on the Domshof in Bremen.
