A, are eligible to the above purses—bona fide ownership required—but horses owned outside the State ot California are eligible thereto regardless of membership. Any time previous to the last payment, he may sell an> of his horses and transfer the eniries to any member of this Association. Purses will be divided Into four moneys, 50, 25,15 and 10 per cent.
