A, are eligible to the above purses—bona fide ownership required—but horses owned outside the State ot California are eligible thereto regardless of membership. A member may enter as many horses as he may desire. He can declare ont any of the entries at any time specified, or he may contiuue all to tbe eud, bu can only start one from bis stable. Any time previous to the last payment, he may sell an> of his horses and transfer the eniries to any member of this Association. Purses will be divided Into four moneys, 50, 25,15 and 10 per cent.
