English: Brasses behind the screen These brasses of a couple buried in the church were lifted when the church was refurbished and displayed on the wall behind the rood screen. The brass plaque tells you that "These brass memorials of members of the family Whistler of Goring were removed from the floor of the chancel AD 1887". |
