Christopher Barnett, platoon leader’s driver, B Company, 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, as he drives the first Bradley Fighting Vehicle from the railcar onto Lithuanian soil. The Fort Hood-based Soldiers of the 1st BCT shipped Bradleys, Armored Personnel Carriers, HEMTT fuelers, Field Liter Ambulances and other tactical vehicles as part of the U.S. Army Europe-led Atlantic Resolve, a multinational combined arms exercise involving the 1st BCT, 1st Cavalry Division, and host nations in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. |
