Description

A quartet of NH EF-1's "Jeeps" head a long freight across the Hell Gate bridge. The train originated in the Long Island Railroads Bay Ridge terminal and consist primarily of cars brought via car floats from the Pennsy's Greenville, New Jersey terminal.

The photographers are from a Joint Railfan trip Committee special.
