Summary
[edit]DescriptionBow Bridge , near Ipplepen - geograph.org.uk - 67289.jpg |
English: Bow Bridge , near Ipplepen. View eastwards on this main line between Totnes and Newton Abbott. The bridge carries the A381 and was widened in 2004, having previously been single carriageway. The widened portion, in lighter concrete, clashes with the traditional granite stone block design of the original. Thanks, Network Rail or whoever it was. Traffic flows better, though. |
