Summary

Description	English: (Oct. 16, 2007) NAGOYA, Japan - A crewman aboard the Japanese Coast Guard Cutter Mizuho, prepares an HH-65 Dolphin helicopter, from Air Station Barbers Point, Hawaii, to landing on the Mizuho. The HH-65 landed on the Mizuho, after commencing a medical evacuation training exercise above the Japanese Cutter Shiraito, a 75-foot patrol boat. It was the first U.S. Coast Guard helicopter to land on a Japanese Coast Guard vessel. The Boutwell is currently deployed as U.S. Coast Guard representatives in the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF). This forum was developed to combat illegal fishing and increase international maritime safety and security on the Northern Pacific Ocean and its borders.
