| Description |
English: Bournemouth: former subway, now an entrance to Debenhams I'm almost sure that this tunnel used to be an ordinary public subway under Exeter Road, although there is now no sign of steps or ramp on the far side. With the pedestrianisation of the town centre in 1992, Exeter Road was restricted to buses and taxis so I guess the subway was no longer necessary, so it is now an entrance to the lower ground floor of Debenham's department store. (I think it did have an entrance off the old subway.)
