English: Bournemouth: a triangle sign and a 'Triangle' sign The sign on the wall is a very early nameplate; many old cast iron ones survive in Bournemouth but nearly all are later ones without the ornate corners.
The modern warning sign is no longer purposeful: A few months ago, the vehicle routes of The Triangle were realigned - the road down which it faces has no drivers who might look at it any more, since it has been cordoned off. See 1628742 for more discussion on the road layout. |
