English: Boundary fence of Knowle development in Charity View. The fence has been removed by residents in order to afford access to a disused road that goes to Dean Villas and thence to various footpaths. See 457845 . It never ceases to amaze me the way planners ignore human nature. It is perfectly obvious to me that if one can see a disused road one is bound to think "I wonder where that goes". |
