Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Boundary Stone. An old boundary marker on Blackford Bridge to the south of Bury. Initials are B L (presumably Boundary Line)to the right of the vertical line. I have been informed that this corresponds with detail in an 1887 map showing the southern boundary of the Borough of Bury to be the centre of the River Roch. SD80780772.
