Summary
[edit]DescriptionBorth Beach 1974 - geograph.org.uk - 1759560.jpg |
English: Borth Beach 1974. Superficially not much has changed since this photo was taken but there are three things from this old slide that stand out. Firstly the large building on the left, originally built as a hotel when the railway arrived and subsequently having several different uses and names, has long gone (1979 I think). Secondly the groynes have no end beacons as many now have, e.g 742351 and finally there is much less development above the cliffs in the distance. |
