Description
Français : Avers : monument funéraire contenant l'inscription "A nos frères qui ont succombé / Souvenirs et regrets", surmonté d'un saule pleureur sur la gauche.

Revers : "Gloire immortelle aux braves défenseurs de la Belgique" comme légende sur le pourtour et "Bruxelles / 23-24 / 25-26 / Septembre / 1830" comme légende centrale. Les étoiles forment une couronne en haut du champ. Couronne formée de deux branches de chêne et de laurier unies par une nœud en bas.
