Español: Blasón “antiguo” de los Borja
Reproducción del “antiguo” escudo con las armas de los Borja, cuyo original se conservó, hasta el año 1878, en el palacio de los Borja, situado en Torre de Canals. La Casa de Borja empleó dos escudos que los heraldistas han bautizado como “antiguo” y “moderno”. El antiguo, que es el que utilizó el papa Calixto III, presenta un toro de gules (en color rojo) paciendo. |
