Borgmästare Carl Lindhagens villa, som ligger längst ut på Vinghästvägen 20 i Höglandet, byggdes 1926 som "Nya borgmästargården". Villan ligger längst fram på en klippa som sträcker sig ut över Grönviksvägen. Det var borgmästare Carl Lindhagens andra Brommavilla. Huset i Höglandet byggdes av byggmästare Olle Engkvist och Carl Lindhagen gav arkitekt Ragnar Östberg i uppdrag att rita sin egen villa i Höglandet.
