Description
English: Section of a wide border or flounce of Mechlin-style lace. Fine hexagonal net ground with dots, but almost entirely covered with a design of inverted leaves, flower clusters and flower sprays springing up into the net. Cordonnet emphasizes the design. Very fine thread.
