Summary

[edit]
Description Eastern portion of the Ben Bonderson Farm in Dakota County, Nebraska, about four miles east of Emerson, Nebraska; seen from the south. The farm is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. At left, the three cylindrical structures with conical tops are a silo in the center and a grain bin on either side. The small red building behind them is a granary. The large red building with the cupola is a drive-in crib barn. To its right, directly behind the wooden pole in foreground, is a red cow shed. The structure to its right with two large dark square openings is the machine shed. In front of and slightly to the right of that is a storage shed. On the right side of the lane, partly obscured by a tree, is a chicken coop and garage. The large white building at right is the farmhouse; behind it and to its left is the washhouse.
