Description
English: Central portion of the Ben Bonderson Farm in Dakota County, Nebraska, about four miles east of Emerson, Nebraska; seen from the south. The farm is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The red building at the left edge of the photo is the hog shed attached to the hay barn. The small red structure just left of center is a granary. The large red building with a cupola is a drive-in crib barn. The red building immediately to its right, behind the pole in foreground, is the cow shed. To its right, the metal building with two large square doorways is the machine shed. A storage shed is partly visible at the right edge of the photo. The three cylindrical structures with conical tops in the left and center foreground are a silo in the middle, and a grain bin on either side. Additional buildings, including the house, are out of the frame at right (east).
