In England it is called Broken-belted Bumblebee. Refers to the broken yellow abdominal band on the Queen, also some of the workers have more or less of this broken band. Humla finnes i hele Norge unntatt deler av Finnmark og den besøker mange typer blomster. Den har ikke fått noe norsk navn(2010), men blir vanligvis kalla Blåklokkehumle fordi den er så godt som alene om å besøke blåklokker (Campanula rotundifolia) og derved lett å identifisere på denne blomsten. |
