Bahasa Indonesia: Bolu gulung merupakan kue bolu yang dipanggang menggunakan loyang dangkal, diisi dengan selai atau krim mentega kemudian digulung. Kue bolu yang digulung ketika masih panas sewaktu baru diangkat dari oven agar kue masih lentur sewaktu digulung dan tidak patah dan ditaburi Krim mentega beraneka rasa, misalnya coklat bubuk, vanila, pandan, atau bubuk teh hijau. (Lokasi: Desa Luwoo, Kab. Gorontalo)
