Description
Español: Figura 1. FOXO1 está presente en los núcleos de las células pituitarias con una frecuencia creciente a medida que avanza el desarrollo.

Se realizó inmunohistoquímica para FOXO1 (verde) en secciones de hipófisis medio sagital.
B) Por e12.5 FOXO1 está presente casi por completo en el citoplasma de las células pituitarias.
Todos los núcleos celulares se marcaron con DAPI (azul).

La fotografía se tomó a 200X. Los recuadros están ampliados 600X.
