English: OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM -- A B-52 Stratofortress is refueled before the jet returns back to its next mission. The base at which the B-52s are located is currently home of the 457th Air Expeditionary Group which has been positioned to support Operation Iraqi Freedom. The operation is the multinational coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraq's weapons of mass destruction and end the regime of Saddam Hussein. |
