I'll bet this was once one of the great gray fleet of Airborne Express 767s, loading cargo through regular passenger doors. Might be a cargo-door conversion but DHL got the fleet of 767s and DC-9s, stands to reason they got the clever cargo boxes too. With the long lens, if I let the autofocus pick on the wing tip, the cockpit windows and pilots are out of focus- have to remember that.
