Inscriptions As curiosities of this sort are rarely to be met with, except in palaces and seats of the nobility, who are at almost an incredible expence in procuring them from abroad, it is not improper to publish the following short account of these venerable remains, which in some measure will give the public a faint idea of what they have a favourable opportunity of seeing in the greatest perfection and highest preservation, and at the same time at so small an expence
