Description
Deutsch: Bodenwerder (Niedersachsen), Große Straße 22, Fachwerkhaus von 1550.

Das Bild zeigt das zur Homburgstraße zeigende zweigeschossige Hintergebäude. Der schmale Anbau kragt zweifach vor. Zahn- und Bogenfriese zwischen den Geschossen zieren das Gebäude. Die Brüstungsgefache im Obergeschoss sind mit Fächerrosetten ausgefüllt.

In diesem Haus befand sich von 1843 bis 1860 die königlich hannoversche Salzfakturei.
Die Salzstraßen wurden in Tagesetappen unterteilt. Die Salzfaktoreien waren die Endpunkte dieser Etappen. Dort fand der Warenumschlag statt.
