    "Huddled against the morning chill under battleship-gray skies, nearly 5,000 servicewomen, veterans and family members gathered at Arlington National Cemetery yesterday to hear a tribute to the military women of America from one of her most honored sons. ... Dole's remarks capped four days of celebrating the contributions that women have made to the armed services over two centuries. ... Dole's appearance in Arlington Cemetery's flag-draped amphitheater highlighted the final event surrounding the dedication of the Women in Military Service for America Memorial."
