Board Member Dinh-Zarr was recognized and presented with the “Woman of the Year” award on the evening of December 5, 2017 by the WTS-DC Chapter during a ceremony at its 40th Anniversary Celebration in Washington, DC. Founded in 1977, WTS (Woman’s Transportation Seminar) is an international organization dedicated to building the future of transportation through the global advancement of women.
