Description
English: The "Boa Esperança" is a replica of a caravel sailing ship seen here moored in the Bensafrim river in the city of Lagos, Algarve, Portugal. Caravel's were developed in the 15th century by the Portuguese to explore along the West African coast and into the Atlantic Ocean.
