Summary

[edit]
Description Thirty years separate the construction of the iconic UK High Speed Train (HST) and the newly introduced Class 68 locomotives. After decades in service the HST still has a modern and dynamic feel. In this picture a Great Western Railways HST waits to depart for Swansea with a service from London. Meanwhile, Direct Rail Services 68017 has just arrived with the return leg of a Northern Belle excursion which had visited Fishguard.
