Description
English: Blue plaque in St Werburgh Street. This plaque commemorates the redevelopment of the east side of St Werburgh Street, between 1895 and 1899, by the Chester architect John Douglas. The plaque is attached to the side of the former Bank of Liverpool building on the east side of St Werburgh Street. The bank was built in 1897. See also the front of the building 816659
