Description
English: Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), from the cortical surface up to 1 mm depth, of a mouse brain cortex. Different colors are representative of depth. Stitched images were acquired with a custom made two-photon fluorescence microscope (TPFM). Blood vessels are stained. Field of view ca. 1 square millimeter
