Summary
[edit]DescriptionBlock order in a Theora superblock.svg |
English: Schematic depiction of a Theora superblock showing the order of the coding of blocks within a superblock which follows a Hilbert curve. Superblocks are made up by 4×4 transform blocks (blue) which each cover 8×8 samples.
Blocks are shown as blue squares, block boundaries in green, boundaries of areas represented by one sample in gray, the order is shown by the black arrows. The blocks are shown pulled apart while in reality they seamlessly cover the image area.
