Text: „Grund und Boden dieser Industrieansiedlung gehörten ursprünglich zum Waldenburger Lehngut Imminghausen. Um 1800 wurde hier im Imminghauser Bruch ein Hammerwerk angelegt, das 1839 zum ersten Walzwerk des Kreises Olpe ausgebaut wurde und seitdem Bruchwalze hieß. Inhaber des Werkes waren bis zur Überflutung die Familien Bonzel und Muhr.“ |
