Földszintes sarokház. 'Lakóépület' néven helyi egyedi védett azonosító: -4861 Utca névadó: Fazekas Mária Blandina (1897. február 24, Kiskunfélegyháza-1981. március 29, Kiskunfélegyháza) tanárnő, igazgatónő, félegyházi díszpolgár, nagybirtokos család lánya, a kiskunfélegyházi, Miasszonyunkról nevezett kalocsai iskolanővérek által vezetett által vezetett Constantinum római katolikus leánynevelő intézet (máshol Constantinum-Zárda) nevelője volt. 1917-ben lépett be a Miasszonyunkról nevezett Kalocsai Szegény Iskolanővérek Szerzetes Társulatába. 1924. október 6-án az ő közreműködésével indulhatott el az országban elsőként Félegyházán a középfokú gazdasági leányiskola. 1938-tól az általa alapított kiskunfélegyházi Mezőgazdasági Leányközépiskolában (utóda 2024-ben a Déli ASzC kiskunfélegyházi iskolája) mint igazgató működött, 1943-1944-ben örökségéből építtette meg az iskola 50 m hosszú emeleti részét. 2017-ben emléktáblával jelölték meg azt a helyet a Platán Iskola falán, amely területen volt a Constantinum gyakorlókertje ez is Blandina nővér örökölt birtok része volt.
