Proprietors. Puget Sound. PH Coll 1022.5Gilbert D. Horton was born in Michigan, and moved to Snohomish, Washington around 1877. He owned the Palace Floating Gallery in Snohomish and worked as a photographer there and in Tacoma, Washington in the late 1880's and early 1890's.
