Description
English: Black Valley school The Black Valley has never had a large population, being the last area in Ireland to get electricity, in 1976. But there has been a school here since 1869 and it still survives, with 24 pupils. It is the white building to the right. The Kerry Way passes the door. Entrance to the Gap of Dunloe and Macgillycuddy's Reeks behind.
