Black Kite, Black-shouldered Kite, Elanus axillaris, Milvus migrans +============+ From the Oldies but Goodies file July 2017 The story and more photos for this drama are over on my blog. <a href="http://www.birdsaspoetry.com" rel="noreferrer nofollow">www.birdsaspoetry.com</a> This recent fledgling has just been flying attack runs on a party of Black Kites that have wanted to take it and its siblings out to dinner. Exhausted, the young one is heading to the branch for a rest.
