Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Sauget IL 6/24/16 Sauget, IL is one of the most toxic places to bird in the world as well as one of the most toxic places for birds to be. This is one of only two places in the United States that produced the dangerous and now banned PCBs. This is a tragedy that Black-necked Stilts are breeding here. Numerous lawsuits have been filed against numerous companies in Sauget for the release of numerous toxins. Why did we go here? Andy discovered the Stilts on his way from our home in south St. Louis City to the bar where his pool league plays, the Breakout. He was sure they were breeding - and they were.
