Theentrance xs tolerably regular, and somewhat resembles a Gothicarch. This cave is situated to the west of Portcoon. Manvprefer the echo of this cave to that of Portcoon. We nowproceed to The Steucans, two peculiar hills which divide the baysPortnabaw and Port Ganniay. A little way fartber we comeupon the Giants Well, a little hole in the basaltic flooring ohe place which is always filled with clear water. Thelegends which tell of the giant or giaats who lived in this wild1 Boat to the Caves, 2s. 6d.
