Deutsch: Wohnhäuser Blücherstraße 46-50 nach der Modernisierung zwischen 2010er und 2020er. Diese wurden von der Baugenossenschaft Hof eG modernisiert, und sind subjektiv schöner gemacht worden, die dass die Innenwände der Wandlöcher nun farbig sind. Allgemein sind die Gebäude farbenfroher geworden. Mehr Infos, siehe: https://www.bg-hof.de/vermietung/projekte/modernisierungen. Hier waren 18 Wohnungen mit einer Wohnfläche von insgesamt 1259,73 m² betroffen. Die Maßnahme kostete (geplant) 1,35 Mio. Euro und sollte Herbst 2020 fertiggestellt sein. Hierbei wurden unter anderem ein Wärmedämmverbundsystem installiert, Fenster ausgetuascht, die alten Balkone abgerissen und durch neue ersetzt, das Treppenhaus angestrichen, neue Haustüren und Briefkästen hingebaut, und die Außenanlagen erneuert.
English: Residential buildings Blücherstraße 46-50 after modernization between 2010s and 2020s. These were modernized by the Baugenossenschaft Hof eG, and have been made subjectively more beautiful, which means that the interior walls of the wall holes are now colored. Here, 18 apartments with a total living space of 1259.73 m² were affected. The measure cost (planned) 1.35 million euros and was scheduled for completion in fall 2020. Among other things, a thermal insulation composite system was installed, windows were replaced, the old balconies were demolished and replaced with new ones, the stairwell was painted, new front doors and letterboxes were installed and the outdoor facilities were renovated. |
