Summary

[edit]
Description
English: BiZZdesign Architect 2.2.0 screenshot, version 2008. This is the first EA tool to support the Archimate EA modelling standard. It is also one of the easiest EA tool to use.

All the images used in the Archimate book, 'Enterprise Architecture at Work' are produced using Architect.

Architect is an easy tool to use since an enterprise architecture model can be quickly entered into the tool and the resulting diagrams are suitable for communication with senior stakeholders. A view diagram can be built up progressively and objects in the diagram can be simplified as required, without loosing the underlying detail in the repository.

Objects can be labelled and coloured to great effect.
